White Rose Food is looking for new sites for its retail customers. Our site and store criteria are as follows:

Type of Transaction: Our preference is to lease the site with the landlord providing the building and all required site improvements. Ground leases and other types of transactions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Market Criteria: Urban locations with a population of 25,000 within a one mile radius or suburban location with a population of 50,000 within a four mile radius.

Location Criteria: Locations should have good visibility and provide at least one parking spot per 200 gross square feet. Both new and existing facilities will be considered.

Store Footprint: Variable depending on local demographics.

Lease Terms: Typical terms are a base term of 10 years with four 5 year options.

Real Estate Submissions: All submissions for consideration should contain the following:

• Map of trade area showing wite location and other retail grocery sites in the area
• Site Plan
• Demographic analysis of one mile and three mile radius zones
